3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item or price. We only consider an order confirmed once we have sent you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

3.3 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4.1 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 days after shipment.

4.2 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4.3 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
• All original tags and labels are still attached
• You can provide proof of purchase (your order number)

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Ballet shoes once they have been tried on or worn. All other footwear categories, including Athletic, Boots, Casual, Clogs, etc., are eligible for return if they meet the above conditions.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

5.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.
