Shipping Information

We are thrilled to ship our classic footwear globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
  • Shipping Methods & Timelines:
    • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags and labels are still attached.
  • You can provide proof of purchase (your order number).
Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Ballet shoes once they have been tried on or worn. All other footwear categories, including Athletic, Boots, Casual, Clogs, etc., are eligible for return if they meet the above conditions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please do not send the item back without an RMA number.
  3. Pack the Item Securely: Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are included.
  4. Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided in your instructions. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.

Refund Process

  • Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund or exchange. The refund will then be issued to your original payment method.
  • Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or provider’s policies but is typically within 5-10 business days after we process it.
  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item for a different size, we will ship the new pair to you as soon as we process your return. The shipping method and timeframe will follow our standard policy (Standard: DHL/FedEx, 10-15 days; Free: EMS, 15-25 days for orders over $50).
