  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • All tags and labels must be attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Ballet shoes once they have been tried on or worn. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. The refund will then be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item for a different size, we will ship the new pair to you as soon as we process your return. The shipping method and timeframe will follow our standard policy (Standard: DHL/FedEx, 10-15 days; Free: EMS, 15-25 days for orders over $50).
